Person assignment on activity from group WC

Hi All,

I have created a group work centre on which I have assigned a person so when I'm trying to assign that person on internal activity (person assignment tab), I'm not able to select that person. Below is the attach screen shot of workcenter master data and internal activity person assignment.

Even I try to select from person from drop down list but there is any data to select.

So please tell what could be possible issue as no data is showing?

remove tick " only from w/p" from cj20n activity tab

Hi faizan,

The work centre in the first screenshot is PS_WC3, but the CJ20N is PS_WC2, which may be the reason behind your issue.

I have tried with PS_WC2 workcenter but still facing same issue. So could you tell me what will be possible issue?

It's not blank, I remove his name on image before attaching on post.

What kind of error message you are getting ? Are you able to get the personal number when you are selecting from Cj20N.

In the assignment screenshot, you are able to get the personal number, am i rite ? Is the Project in display mode ?

As mention on my post that on when I click on Ranklist button, at that time person name but when I selected it. I'm not able to assign on person field. Below is the screen shot for your reference.

Hi Faizan,

Rank list will display the person if the person number is assigned to requirement profile of the work centre.

Can you do F4 in person field and see whether the person can be displayed ?

The person in the assignment should come in the CJ20N.

I am not infront of the system, so could not answer your query...
