Different Template ID selected for approvers belonging to same Agent ID

Hi All.

I am facing a weird issue on notification templates selected for same agent Id maintained in notification setting of a stage.

Process ID: SAP_GRAC_FIREFIGHT_LOG_REPORT

Path: GRAC_DEFAULT_PATH

Stage: GRAC_DEFAULT_STAGE

Notification Settings is as per below screen shot

We have 2 controllers set for a FF ID, one for Workflow and other for Email

The issue is we could see different templates assigned to Workflow and Email approver when email is triggered.

Template for approver with Workflow notification type: Z_FF_LOG_REVIEW_NOTIFICATION

Template for approver with email notification type: GRAC_SPM_LOG_NOTIFICATION

Kindly let me know if this is normal or some settings is missing/wrong.

Nihal:

This is workiing as designed and is correct.  When you use the EAM Log Report Workflow the notifications are coming from the Workflow area.  When you are just sending the email, the notification is set based on just sending that email out and is NOT part of MSMP workflow.

If you have variables in your Workflow notification, the same notification template would not be able to be used as those variables are not available in the Email settings.

Kindly let me know where can we maintain the templates for sending emails for approvers with notification type as email. (as highlighted in screen shot)
