Change log not updated in sales order

Hello experts ,

I have sales order where in the shipping condition has been changed from UK to U6 .But the change log is not update for this particular change.

We checked  Change log table but its not get updated too.

Kindly advice what could be possible reason behind this.

Hi

Not all modifications are saved in the tables CDHDR/CDPOS. Go to the data element for this field in te data dictionary and check if the flag is on (in the third tab if my memory works).

Hello Experts ,

Let me explain situation in detail

If we change shipping condition from U6 to UK it got updated in change log .

After some time shipping condition is reset to UK from U6.This change not captured in change log. Once again user need to change it to U6 from UK. So we are not getting how system reset/change shipping condition to UK.

We  tried to replicate scenario in quality system but its not replicable and happens occasionally in production.

Hi,

Check by executing AUT10 in PRD for Transaction "VA02" in PRD. It will help in finding the changes recorded.

If this was done with some custom update program, it is possible that the change document is not created.

Any logic in user exits related to shipping conditions?

Are you sure that the shipping condition was not set before saving the order (by the user or via customizing)?

Was the shipping condition changed via VA02 or via a custom program?

Did you check for ST22, SM20 and SM13?
