How do I utilize Inspection or Measuring Points so that SAP will automatically create a condition based maintenance work order?

Hello,

Regarding preventative maintenance of industrial equipment... I want to utilize Inspection or Measuring Points so that SAP will automatically trigger a condition based maintenance (maintenance plan based) work order (with or without a notification). I'm not sure if this is possible, as I have little to no experience with inspection and measuring points.
