Transport Issue

Hi Experts,

I am facing issue while selecting the transport number.

actually there is one existed transport request in Transport organization portal.

here always taking DPIK900049 transport number , but i need to use new which i have created. also i tried with selecting option as preselect request for new one but still no use.

one more strange thing is if i create new request and when i reopen that portal that getting disappear.

please help me why is like that.

I did not see preselect symbol for your transport number like below.

i had done that option , but still taking Old request.

also one strange thing is if you see my screenshot , there we can see task Id under Transport request

can you please guide me why that has come and is that the cause ? do you thing something is wrong with CTS+?

though this is not first time we are doing transport in that system we done so many transports but that was 8 months back.

Hi Mahesh,

Did you try by login as ctssrvuser to ESR and ID and create TR request?

In the screenshot next to TR DPIK900064 i can see ur ID MAKONDA.

The TR DPIK900049 which is mentioned is not released?

search the TR in ESR and ID to identify relevant objects included in the TR.

ESR --> Tools  --> Transported objects

OR

In transport organizer

Go to that TR and  in logs you can see the status [Whether it is moved to QA and production]

If it is not released to QA and Prod, then login  to transport organizer as ctssrvuser and release the request or delete based on your requirement.

You need to release / delete this TR DPIK900064 to resolve your issue.
