Button "Existing Assignments" is empty

Hello,

we are using the UAR, with the request and assignments of Business Workplaces.

Now we have the problem with the button "Existing Assignments".

At some users we will see the existing assignments, thats fine. But for other users, there are no assignments visible.

This is not logical, and we don´t have any kind of solution.

Do you know a solution?

Hi Rene

I faced the same issue few days back.I ran sync jobs(in full sync mode) to solve it.You can try doing that and see if that works in your case too.

Hello René,

The roles in Existing Assignments are fetched based on GRACUSERROLE and GRACRLCONN tables, also there are some authorization checks to filter the available roles. SPRO parameter ID 2044 determines if the system displays or hides profiles. Hope this helps you to find the root cause. Also you might debug GRAC_UIBB_ITEM_ASSIGNMENT / COMPONENTCONTROLLER / Method FILL_DATA to check this issue.
