Hi Malleswararao,

Can you provide the details on the error by clicking on the "Incorrect" status against the error log?

This should contain the details on the error.

"Support Team could not be determined", "Sender and Recipient email addresses are equal. Email cannot be sent" are the few common errors I have seen in actions related to mailforms.

Hi Malleswararao,

It looks like you are not using the HTML mailforms option. You are using the Smart forms option with the determination rule option for partner determination.

The Partner determination rule has failed for the specific action you have in your screen shot.

This particular rule (in Tcode PFAC) has Responsibilities tab where the Partner determination is maintained. make sure you have the required settings here and try the Simulation of the rule to assert on whether it is working. see an example below.

I would recommend you to explore other options like Team determination based on BRF+ rules and and HTML mailforms for sending emails. Refer the links provided by Miguel in the above reply.
