Plz go thru the e-learning catalog of this forum, you can find a gud stuff both PDF's and e-learing sessions:

Apart from the links given above, check the homepage of XI on SDN:

https://www.sdn.sap.com/irj/sdn/xi

This homepage of XI contains complete information about it from getting started to links of various scenarios.

Also go thru wiki page on XI:

https://wiki.sdn.sap.com/wiki/display/XI

You can also look for varios terms related to XI on help.sap.com or on SDN to get more info.
