Cluster node in PI

Hello,

We have communication to third party system using SAP PI FTP adapter with 6 cluster nodes.

In one of the instance, 3 nodes are green & 3 nodes are red. File transfer is being done from Green but alerts are coming from red.

I tried to stop & start the channel but it is still showing error in red cluster.. Can someone help on this.

Hi,

Is this with the Seeburger SFTP adapter?  We had issues like that in the past with our old PI 7.11 system with Seeburger.  I think we either had to restart the adapter itself or possibly the entire system to clear the issue when that happened.  We are now using the SAP security add-on in the new system so we don't experience this issue.

Try the steps as Ryan suggested because he is using Seeburger which is third party SFTP.

And what is the error displayed and try re-configuring a new channel and check.
