My Inbox - All tasks came but can not open

Hi Fiori experts, As you guides I could implemented my inbox app for my fiori.

When I click on the app I see this screen

But on the left side I can see all of the tasks and every tasks have this error also. When I check my Error Log I saw this log:

And on my RFC call's system there is a dump just like this:

I couldn't find any solution about this.

Could you please help my problem please ?

Hi Ogulcan,

Most probably you have not applied required notes. Please double chekc.

Hi Masa, Thanks for reply, As I try with SNOTE for implement notes, all of them has same error "Cannot be implemented" , and I thought it means the code related to note is already exists in our SAP version. Am I right for this opinion? Couldn't find any solution for this 😞 Thanks,

Hi Ogulcan,

I can got 1 hit by searching "CL_WAPI_MOBILE_CUSTOM_VALUES=>TABLE_TYPE_VALUE".

The note is listed in the mandatory note list. Please double check again.

Hi Masa,

We have 2 systems which are name SED (develop-test) and SGD (gateway-fiori). Our fiori system connected with RFC con. to SED (because SED have data that we need) On SGD system we applied every notes for My inbox but on SED system didn't. Do we need implement notes on SED system too ? Because SED has that DUMP on ST22.

"CL_WAPI_MOBILE_CUSTOM_VALUES=>TABLE_TYPE_VALUE" error is appearing SED system.

Could you please help me ?

Hi Ogulcan,

So the root cause is that mandatory notes are missing.

Please make sure you apply mandatory notes.

I checked everything about system alias from this link and it seems eveything okay. Maybe the notes can solve our problem that Masayuki's said.

Hi,

Can you double check if the RFC Destination between the front end and back end systems is working fine and that the trust relationship between the front end and back end systems has been setup correctly?

Hi saurabh, Thanks for reply. I'm using "My purchasing document items" and "Approve Service Entry Sheets" apps also and they're working fine with my RFC connection. So, this RFC working with no problem. I can use these apps but "My Inbox" can't use.
