Notification action box - activity item

Hi,

My query is regarding action box item. e'.g. 'Internal note'

I want 'internal note' to be appeared as activity in the Activity tab under ITEMS tab rather appearing in the main Activity tab !

Any suggestions please.

A function is missing in the area of notification processing.

The implementation of SAP Note 1770396 is a prerequisite.

Hi,

Try setting the Documentation field (TQ85-FLAG_MAS_AKT) on the activity to 'As Task' & see if that helps.
