Posting date or period in travel management

Hi,

Is there any transparent table which contains the posting date of a travel expense?

I'd like to create a report where the user can filter by posting date.

I have seen several date fields in PTRV_PERIO but they seem to be settlement dates not posting dates.

I also see I have runid in this table, but I don't know how if I can use this runid to obtain posting perirod.

Hello Roda,

the posting date is available in table PTRV_DOC_HD (techn. name BUDAT).

You can select the table via se16.

are you refereeing to finance posting date? from payroll?

for e.g

1. travel expenses are paid through payroll

2. payroll ran in live

3. payroll posting completed to finance --- are you looking this date?
