Interesting question. I may not be the right person to answer, but would like to give it a try.
APF Modeler is a part of HANA on-premise, what exactly are you trying with HCP? Does your modeler work on-premise?

I have not seen anything like APF in HCP so far. Please suggest on the use-case with HCP that you are trying.

i am trying to setup APF for a dashboard application with our FIORI Launchpad. look like the customer requirement completely we can cover with this APF model.
But Nowhere i am getting information on APF with HCP
As I said before, you can use on for On-Premises version. See :
UI5 document also does not talk about HCP : SAPUI5 SDK - Demo Kit
