IDOC are not displayed in IDOC monitoring for SAP PI Single stack

Hi ,

We are newly configured the  SAP PI single stack system, developed one interface IDOC to SFTP and tested this interface message successfully

processed to target system.We are checked in IDOC monitoring in SAP PI, No IDOC are not displayed.

Please help me is there  any configuration are required for IDOC monitoring in SAP PI single stack.

Hi Varri,

Please check the point 2 in the below help page. so you need to check in NWA if the adapter property sap.com/com.sap.aii.adapter.idoc.ra is set.

Enable IDoc Archiving and IDoc Monitoring.

We already done above setting ,but IDOCs are not  displayed in IDOC monitoring in SAP PI single stack.

Hi Varri,

Can you show us the screen shot of those parameters of JavaIdocAdapter resource adapter in NWA ? it should work.

If all the settings are fine can you please check in message monitoring whether the IDOC message is displayed as Bibek Suggested earlier.

Hi Naidu,

Please check the Message Log for this particular message and share it with us.

You can try maintaining the parameters again as i stated earlier and the perform a restart of the JAVA instance. May be it can help.

Hi Naidu,

Can you please check PI Message Monitoring and confirm whether messages are present there ?

If so then please enable Persistence in IDoc resource adapter. This wiki-document shall help.
