Condition value changes to Zero in cancellation billing document

Hi,

I have header freight condition.

I manually enter the value of condition and activate same, in Invoicing it works fine.

but when I cancel the same invoice freight base value becomes zero making overall freight equal to zero.

So cancellation and original invoice value doesnt match.

Could you please help men in same.

Have you tried to check the pricing determination analysis?

The pricing procedure?

The pricing condition?

VOFM routines?

With the information that you have provided only a person with access to your system can investigate the issue, and even end users are expected to perform basic troubleshooting and provide examples before creating a ticket...
