Archit, even if you'll remove Delete checkbox from your condition type K005 in V/06, on updating pricing while billing document creation condition will be disappeared only this will work if user will click on delete button against that line item. You can go for authorization object option which has been explained very well in below mentioned document. Another option is to don't set the condition as manual but it depends upon business. Last but not least you can also go for USEREXIT_FILL_VBRK_VBRP at include RV60AFZC by putting the logic of not deleting or updating condition type K005 on invoice as desired.
