Hi,

Related to ECC-TM-EWM integration we are currently discussing the logic as how loading point process should be set up and its impact in EWM.

Does EWM actually identify loading point and also shipping point which is set up in ECC?If yes on which object.

Hi Dipak,

the DAS (Dock Appointment Scheduling) master data objects "loading point" and "docking location" are actually not related directly to the ECC objects.

ERP shipping points can be transferred via CIF and get location type 1003.

Shipping points are reflected in the delivery as receiving/shipping office.

Loading points/unloading points can be reflected in the delivery as locations of the LP / UP. But loading points is not set in the standard.

Best regards

Hi Dipak,

in EWM , loading points are linked to the SCU with the attribute loading point . loading appointments can be planned at loading points.

Dock appointment scheduling ( DAS ) is required to integrate with EWM to process the TU/Vehicle as per the appointments.

other side to process with DAS, docking location attribute also mapped to SCU in EWM.

Does EWM actually identify loading point and also shipping point which is set up in ECC?If yes on which object.

Supply chain unit is playing a vital role to work with the loading appointments & loading points with the relevant attributes.

If we move any shipping point in to EWM, that is created as a location with location type in 1003 in EWM, the same we can use it as a SCU also.
