hi,

I am trying to download SPS14 for Netweaver7.4 via Solution Manager 7.1 (SPS13) MOPZ transcation. SPS14 was released on 02/26/2016. Somehow when it come to target stack selection i can get only till SPS13.

Are there any wait period before i can download this SPS ? Any thoughts ? or Am i missing anything here ?

Thanks Sheril

hi Miguel and Thomas for your quick response. SAP just got back to me on this issue and here is the update: Looks like there is an issue with MOPZ backend system at SAP

Hello Sheril,

Thank you for contacting SAP Product Support.

The problem is due to the switching of the MOPZ backend system which
has been delayed.
Currently MOPZ is not able to offer NetWeaver 7.4 SPS14.  Furhter info
is available in note 2286459.

Please use Maintenance Planner (the successor of MOPZ) to calculate
NetWeaver 7.4 SPS14 following steps below.

1.  The note 2002546 should be implemented in the solution manager
before you upload the system data to Maintenance Planner from LMDB.
2.  Go to LMDB, open the technical system to be updated, navigate to
the tab "SAP Support Portal" and click on "Upload to SAP Support
Portal".
3. Then plan a new transaction in Maintenance Planner. You can launch
the application with the below URL.

Further detalis on Maintenance Planner is available in the link below.

Hallo,

product versions are updated daily. However, this will obviously only work if the connection between Solution Manager and the SAP Market Place is working.

So in case Miguel's advice doesn't help, I would check if the connection between Solution Manager and SAP works, e.g. check your RFC connections (SAPOSS) in SM59.

For a few troubleshooting hints you can refer to General Maintenance Optimizer issues - Solution Manager - SCN Wiki

as well

Regards

TThomas.

Hello,

When was that Maintenance Optimizer transaction created? You might need to create a new one.

Best regards,
