BOM Explosion on Sales Order

Hi Experts,

     When i am creating a Sales Order SAP show me option to select BOM alternatives but when i select one of them  SAP don´t bring me the BOM list (Print) Can anyone help me to discover what i am doing wrong ?

Correct after choose one of BOM alternatives does not explode ! I did not received any error message!

Do you have access to customizing? If yes, check your VOV7 settings for structure scope.

If not, check if the item category is correct.

Try with a different material where you get a BOM exploded and compare the material master data and the resulting item categories in the order.

I find it difficult to understand what you ask.

Did you mean that after you choose one of the BOM alternatives, it does not explode in the document with sub-items or you meant something completely different?

Do you receive any error/info/warning messages?
