Dear Experts,
We have installed SAP Lumira and when we try to connect we receive the error message "Check the Parameters. (HDB 11001)".
Please notice that we already have an account in the cloud and had checked the SAP Note 2017429.
Do you have any advice?

What have you installed - Lumira Desktop, Lumira for BI Platform or? Also which version? Please provide more details

We have re-install it to a new pc and we try to open the lumira files that we have already created.
The issue is that when we open it we have to do the registration. Because, we have already register, we try to use our cloud account to connect but we receive the message "Check the Parameters. (HDB 11001)".
