IDoc Messages Struck in SM58 ECC

Hi Experts,

IDocs are not reaching to SAP PO 7.4 single stack, messages are struck in SAP ECC sm58 with the below error.

Error:

Bean IDOC_INBOUND_ASYNCHRONOUS not found on host <host name>

We are able to receive few Idocs successfully but few are failing, please help me on this ASAP.

We have Raised this to SAP and suggested to implement below Note and issue resolved .

[JRA] ReaderManaged_Application_Thread_57, onConfirmTID(), no Bean found for TID

Hi Sateesh,

Make sure your sender component, sender interface which means IDOC name without any wrappers and the sender namespace which is IDOC predefined namespace is same for your ICO in PI integration directory.

Hi Sateesh,

delte the ICO and recreate it or just edit the ICO and change in description by giving a space and activate. Then try sending the idoc.

Yes Sateesh,

That is why it will not be configuraton issue. Just try with one ICO which is failing to receive the idoc, edit the description reactivate and try again.

For the same scenario we are able to receive few IDocs successfully but few are failed.

Example:

Five IDocs were triggered at ECC like 1,2,3,4 & 5.

3rd one is stuck in SM58 and 1,2,4 & 5 are received to SAP PO successfully.
