On a Windows Farm (2008 R2 Standard SP1) the execution of R3load.exe -v returns exception code:  0xc0000005

The R3load.exe version is the latest version available on SMP.

Any ideas?

We used the latest binaries and additionally upgraded the OS to WIN Srv 2012.

Thanks, I was hoping that wasn't the solution. (we have the latest Binaries, but don't want to go to 2012 just yet ...)
