SAP GRC upgrade from 10.0 to 10.1 with plug-in upgrade path

We are upgrading our GRC10.0 to GRC 10.1. For the compatible Plug-in upgrade in the satellite systems, we have checked notes ( 1352498, 1855404 and 1590039 importantly ), where SAP recommends to have the plugins in both at the same level ( same release and same patch level ). When we tried to upgrade plugin in SRM system ( NW 7.31 , current GRCPINW V1000_731 patch 11 ) to V1100_731 patch 12, the SUM / SAINT do not recognise the patch. We have taken the upgrade exchange pack and the patches till patch level 12 in the download directory.

Can anyone suggest the correct path to do this plug-in upgrade please ? we are in urgent situation.

If you have an urgent support question, it should really be directed to SAP Support. SCN discussions are a volunteer community activity; as such, there may not be anyone with the time or specific knowledge of those SPs to respond quickly. The compatible patch levels are usually pretty well documented in my experience, but if the levels documented as compatible are not working for you, I recommend opening an Incident with SAP.
