Failed to call function RSDRI_INFOPROV_READOTHERS

Dear Expert,

I got this error when run datapackage COPY.

I have accessed RSA1 --> CUBE--> Manage--> create new index. but nothing has changed.

Please help me.

Hello,

Please check note 2025231.  If the note does not resolve your issue, then you may have to report this to BPC support.  However, before you do that confirm the following details

1. Did you ever execute this package successfully in the past and if so what has changed since when this worked successfully?
2. Does copy package fail for a specific BPC environment/model or for all BPC environments and models?  Please test copy package with at least one different environment and model.
