Unable to Confirm WT

Hi ,

I am unable to confirm WT .

System is giving below message :

Warehouse task is inactive and therefore cannot be confirmed

so, your HU is at the workcenter? You did the deconsolidation (if there is any to do)?

Did you confirm the process step for the HU?

Hi Abhisek,

In WPT 3040 tick the check box confirm immediately and also  tick the check box of Propose confirmation if you want the  confirmation of the warehouse task is to be proposed while the warehouse task is being created. Maintain the Activity INTL  for the WPT 3040

It is already maintained in WPT 3040.

I am confirming putaway WT .

HU is in /scwm/dcons but it is not allowing to complete.

Hi Abishek,

Check the external step is assigned in WC configuration or not, if deconsolidation step is not assigned, HU process step completion is not possible in WC.

If you observe the WC layout , ' Deconsolidate ' check box is not opted, May be that is a reason to complete the deconsolidation process in the WC.

While repacking I am getting error msg

System is not allowing to repack at workcenter.

Same HU is there for final putaway WT .

Generally in work center system shall allow to do repacking.

Have you applied note 2039030 - Cross-dock warehouse tasks are not confirmed immediately recently?

If yes it can be the cause of the error, and it can be elimite by applying note 2253996 - Immediate confirmation of cross-dock warehouse tasks
