Hi Experts,
I have a requirement where my client wants to co-deploy MDG with new ECC system.
The ECC development for is happening for multiple SAP modules and the MDG development will begin simultaneously.
Question : is it a good option to have separate client for the MDG development?
Or should the MDG development be done in the same client as the other module?
Please help me with pros and cons of it.
Thanks & regards
Ashwini

Hello Ashwini
It is always recommended to use HUB for MDG. You can also co-deploy MDG on same ECC client. Depending upon the client need, you can take the decision. You have to consider the cost factor / different systems in landscape / MDG integration with multiple systems etc.
Go through the below documentation which will give you in detail information...
Thanks
Kiran
Hello Kiran,
Thanks for your reply.
My current landscape scenario is like - Landscape Scenario I Distributed System Landscape with only local SAP ERP systems.
Deployment is proposed as : page 18 of the documentation link provided.
Deployment of SAP Master Data Governance
Co-deployed with one local SAP ERP system and centrally used.
I have already proposed to co-deploy on same ECC client, however I am still struggling to convince them.
Regards
Ashwini
