Hello Dear SAP Expert,
I implemented ChaRM in my enterprise and now I'm facing a problem I didn't found the solution:
I have many email scheduled per each document and they are ready to go. The start condition in some case is not spiked and in some case is the scheduled condition is not spiked!
Is there a report that show me the action (email) scheduled for a specific document in Charm (SolMan) so I can troubleshoot the conditions? Is this trx specific to ChaRM or general for CRM engine?

as far as i know there is no such report.
In 7.2 you can display the assignment block "Scheduled Actions" by personalization. There you can click the button "More->Determination Log" to display the log for the action determination.
The scheduling of emails as actions is part of the CRM engine.

I suppose that, Assignment block "Scheduled Actions" is available in 7.1 as well, this could help you identify whether your Action and conditions works or not.
if you see, the Action triggered, but email not going, troubleshoot in SOST tcode. most of the cases your Action itself never get triggered.
