Technical system monitoring alerts history

Dear friends,

We have connected all our systems to the Solution Manager and configured technical system monitoring for them.

Now we want to list all alerts for the last three months.

Is it possible and how?

Hi,

It depends on how many days you have configured in housekeeping tab.

You can still try using Alert Search within your Alert Inbox.

Select the Time frame as custom and define the fields Start date and End date.

Yeah, I have tried it, and it shows only last 15 days alerts.

Pls guide me which housekeeping job is it?

Hi Yerkebulan,

If you navigate through solman_setup -> Technical Monitoring - > 2. Configure Infrastructure -> Housekeeping, you can find the number of days an alert needs to be stored.

Field is 'Automatically delete the confirmed alert older than 'X' days.

If this field's value is 15 days, you might not be able to pull out report older than 15 days.

Hi Yerkebulan,

As per your configuration, alerts would be deleted immediately once it gets confirmed.

You will be able to retrieve only the alerts which are open.

Hi Yerkebulan,

As shown in your screen, alert gets confirmed automatically after 15 days.

And no alerts would be stored after confirmation.

So you would be able to retrieve alerts only for 15 days.
