PI Monitoring using Solution Manager

Dear Experts,

We are configuring the PI monitoring using the solution manager successfully

But when opening the Technical Monitoring -->Integration Monitoring --> selected the domain and clicked on overview monitor /channel monitor/component monitor tab we are getting error in Data collection details as mentioned in the attached screenshot.

Kindly suggest how to resolve the issue and get the data properly from the application server to solution manager.

Managed system and system Monitoring configuration is completed as a prerequisite step.

Also how to trigger alerts via mails and sms when the channel are reporting errors and some messages in PI are in error etc.

Kindly help on this.

Hallo Ganesh,

what is the status of your connected systems: are the RFC connections green, is the Diagnostics Agent connected, has the technical monitoring successfully set up??
