Fiori Launchpad designer error after gw_fnd sp13 update

Hi all,

We recently updated our gateway component gw_fnd 740 to sp13. After upgrade to sp13 we have seen that our launchpad designer

has turned blank and is not loading the catalogue.

We read Fiori Launchpad Designer - no catalogs are disp... | SCN and reinstalled our library to 1.28.25 and did the required steps of clearing cache

after which we get following error in attachment below.

we have also applied following notes as mentioned in discussions 2245413, 2241188, 2237386.

Hi Archit,

It says Web Dispatcher error. Please check your Web dispatcher configuration.

Was the remote catalog working before upgrade? I think it was not working.

Hi Massa,

We are not using web dispatcher and have configured a reverse proxy.

We are also not using any remote catalog neither do we have a HANA DB. we are only using transnational apps.

In that case, you can ignore those errors.

What else does not work after upgrade?

Hii Massa, the launchpad designer is not working. the rest is fine.

We are able to add catalogs and groups to user from pfcg menu and the tile gets added in users launchpad and works fine. Its only the url

http://<server ip>:<port>/sap/bc/ui5_ui5/sap/arsrvc_upb_admn/main.html?sap-client=?scope=CUST is not working and showing the above error instead of the created catalogs & groups.

Hi Archit,

Why client is blank here? Can you hit the url only till main.html and see if the issue still persists.

Can you also clear the server cache by running report /UI2/INVALIDATE_GLOBAL_CACHES in execution mode?

And also please make sure you ran all steps mentioned in below link for clearing the cache from server side and browser side as well

the link you provided helped in clearing the cache and had applied those notes as well.It got resolved
