Message Not Visible in SAP NWBPM

Dear Experts,

We are using SAP PO 7.4 ( Single Stack ).

We have a configuration where we send message from SAP PI to SAP NWBPM.

We are using SOAP Channel with XI3.0 Protocol to send message from SAP PI to SAP NWBPM. Scenario was working fine before, i did some changes yesterday and it is not working as expected after that.

i.e. I could see message in Message Monitoring ( also checked in Channel and its in Delivered status ), But i couldnot see messages in NWBPM (in NWA -> Operations -> Processes and Task -> Manage process ).

Could you please tell me where i am going wrong.

Hi Ruben,

You need to check the business logs for more information, you can access in NWA using below path

Log on to the SAP NetWeaver Administrator, and choose Troubleshooting > Processes and Tasks > Business Logs

Hi Ruban,

Have you checked that you have the corresponding roles Monitoring the BPM Systems - Monitoring and Managing BPM Systems, Processes, and Tasks - SAP Library?
