0130 type inspection

Hello Everyone

I have activated 0130 type inspection.It's Working fine.

But I am allowed to do GR even I have not done UD for that inspection lot of 0130 type inspection.

Is there any way to restrict GR until UD has been made?

Hi Pawan,

Usage Decision will not have direct impact on business; whereas Stock Posting will have the direct impact.

In general, SAP wont influence the sequence of Stock Posting and Usage Decision.

Whether Stock posting is required is prior to Usage Decision or after the usage decision? It is purely the business call.

As suggested by our experts, You can incorporate the required control via user exit.

Hi all,

it could be done like Suresh M mentioned. use status profile in production orden to forbid GR until UD dosn't takken. After taken UD use follow up action to set status profile in production order to allow GR.
