DbSlExeRead Error During Benchmark Tool Run of DMO

Hello,

I am doing  Benchmark Tool Migration  in DMO and in phase EXECUTION ,i am getting below error:

Error:

(RTF) ########## WARNING ###########

        Without ORDER BY PRIMARY KEY the exported data may be unusable for some databases

(RDI) INFO: /usr/sap/QTY/SUM/abap/migrate/MIGRATE_00055_EXP.STR has format version 2

(EXP) ERROR: DbSlExeRead failed

  rc = 99, table "SEOCOMPODF"

  (SQL error 5702)

  error message returned by DbSl:

[ASE Error SQL21][SAP][ASE ODBC Driver][Adaptive Server Enterprise]WARNING - Fatal Error 823 occurred at Feb 25 2016  7:36PM.  Please note the error and time, and contact a user with System Adminis

trator (SA) authorization.

[ASE Error SQL5702][SAP][ASE ODBC Driver][Adaptive Server Enterprise]ASE is terminating this process.

(DB) INFO: disconnected from DB

I updated DSBL latest patch but no result. See attach file.Any solution please.

Hi Biral.

Stop the upgrade, Restart the full system and then continue the SAP upgrade.

Hello Sriram,

Thank you for your answer.

I am  trying to use Benchmark tool  of DMO before starting migration.I am not upgrading anything.I selected Benchmark export data and in execution phase i got error. Any solution please.It says something about  primary key.

Hello SS,

Please find SAPup_troubleticket_logs.sar file.I am not able to upload .SAR file .I just removed .sar extention and  renamed .txt .

Hello Biral,

What is the version of your database?

Also, check below Notes:

2080232 - Targeted CR List for ASE 15.7 SP100

2080896 - Targeted CR List for ASE 15.7 ESD#2

2233552 - SAP upgrade on SAP ASE 16.0 can crash due to ASE error 8201

Hi Biral,

The file provided by you is not readable. It has junk characters in it.

in the mean time please check sapnote 1866094 - SQL Error 2622 & 30046 while accessing database tables on SAP ASE

if that helps...

Thank you for reply.I am using ASE  15.7.0.136 on SAP NW 7.4 SR2.Actually ,i am not able to upload SAR File.So i just renamed it as txt. After download SAR file ,need to rename it again .SAR (better in Linux or in Winscp) .

I have attached EUMIGRATEEXP.LOG.May be this can be useful.

This is not helpful in identifying the issue.

Can you trying pasting the content of the SAR file in another text file manually and upload here?

Thank you.Please find below file.Currently i upgraded ASE 15.7 to 16 pl02sp02..let see..But this error also in performing Test DMO run.

Hello Anita,

I  am performing Database Migration Option (DMO) from Sybase to HANA.I m using Benchmark tool..i again get same error after i upgraded to ASE 16.It says about Table "DOKCLU"

Hello Biral,

Can you try restarting both SAP and database and continue with the migration?

If this doesn't help, you should also log an incident with SAP.
