ABAP Dump for inspection type customizing

Hi everybody,

has anybody an idea for the ABAP dump (see pictures below). It occur while I'm press button (2) for variants of inspection type.

Hello Holger,

Please check note 1532622:

The main reason for this dump is the fact that either of the following tables TQ31, TQ32 or TQ33 are inconsistent.

TQ32 is most commonly inconsistent because in the customizing all entries for an inspection type were deleted using 'Maintain Inspection Lot Origins and Assign Inspection Types'.
