Hide menu from NWBC but not from Fiori Launch Pad

Hi,

we are using BC6.0 and have the problem that the same user want's to use BC6.0 (or NWBC5.0) and only some FIORI Apps.

Logging to BC6.0 the index page shows all menues (SAPGui and FIORI Apps menues). The user is confused of that.

In PFCG there is the option to hide a menu from SAPGui or   NWBC + FIORI Launchpad.....

There is the possibility to hide a menu from NWBC but not from FIORI Launchpad ?

This would be the right possibility to do that or do you know an other solution that helps ?

Hi Thomas, I am not sure if this will work but have you considered using a cockpit?

4.5 Cockpits - SAP NetWeaver Business Client - SAP Library

Using a cockpit you can essentially display only some role menus in NWBC (the ones you tag as belonging to a cockpit).

Not sure if this works the same in BC 6 with Fiori apps or not.
