RFQ number in the ECC's table

Hello,

I'd like information about RFQ in SRM on the ECC's tables.

I need to know information about the RFQ in ECC.

In the ECC, I have a PO created by RFQ in SRM, my user would like to put the number in screen of PO.

Hello Michelle,

In the case of  SRM RFQ( RFx Response) to ECC PO , the RFQ number will be populated by default by the system in the field "Ext.Doc" in the ME23N screen.

you can also find the same in the table EKPO-EXT_RFX_NUMBER ( Document Number of External Document )

In our case it was populated by default ,we have used PI message as the interaction component .

Hello,

I saw in table EKPO-EXT_RFX_NUMBER, but is not the same number that I saw in SRM portal.

There is another table with this information?

Hello Michelle ,

The  SAP Note "2150541 - RFx number is not present in ECC PO (EXT_RFX_NUMBER)"  may help you  , have a look .
