packing list printed automatically when BOL is printing

Dear guys,

Can i have the Packing slip print automaticly when the Bill Of Lading is printing?

The packing slip output type is at the DO while the BOL output type is at the shipment document?

Any idea guys?

Meaning here it cannot be done at all although via the user exit?

Can requirement/routine in the output determination procedure help?

Hello Zuraini,

In order to use the Packing list PL00 (packing slip in delivery) you must do 'Packing' in the delivery note (edit->packing)..otherwise while printing there would be an error: V1032

Delivery Note (Packing Slip)

The delivery note, (packing slip) contains the following information for each line item.

• The item number ordered, example 24231

• Your order number, since a shipment may contain items from various orders

having your PO # next to each line item will help your warehouse personnel

properly identify the items being received.

• Material or IDH number which identifies 24231 in SAP

• Quantity Ordered

• Quantity Shipped

• Net Weight

• Number of packages

• Batch Code

• Quantity/Pack

Bill of Lading

The bill of lading contains all of the information that our shippers are accustomed to

seeing.

Delivery Note is actually the Sap term but Packing Slip is now a days used or currently used…

So these are totally different and cannot be connected with each other...an external software could be used to trigger the delivery note to be printed with the bill of lading..but internally SAP dosent support..

Hi Zuraini,

Packing List comes as a Delivery Output and Billing of Lading is Shipment output.

there will be no corelation between this two output types.Hope in Standard its not Possible.
