Failed to resolve navigation target, 500 Connection timed out Fiori Applications

Hi Experts,

We have an issue regarding the Fiori application we have deployed. we are on S/4 HANA on Premise edition 15/11 SP01.

While we are opening the Application in Fiori launchpad we are getting an error "Could not open App. Try again later". However this was working here before two days and suddenly we are getting this error message.

We tried debugging the issue in Google Chrome and noticed  the below error messages.

We are getting above error message when we try to launch every application that is available in Fiori Launchpad.

Please find the error screenshot enclose and  would appreciate if you could share any experience in order to resolve this issue.

Hi Rosanna,

We have upgraded our system from 1511 to SP01 that is 1602. And we did not see the issue any more. However currently we are not sure if that's what has resolved the issue.

Check at your end and update this thread if you find anything.

Hi Yogesh,
I received the errors after system upgrade to SP01 at the first SAP and DB restart.

All the apps are in error.
