Can you suggest me a way to add oms9 functionality in a fiori app, Any pointers will be very helpful.

You can either integrate the OMS9 transaction into the Fiori Launchpad (as described here - How to Launch "Web Dynpro ABAP" and "SAP GUI for HTML" Application Types from the SAP Fiori launchpa...) or if you completely need Fiori UI for the transaction then develop a custom Fiori app to replicate the OMS9 functionality.
