Through SAP Scan the Docuemnt directly

HI Exports,

    I have one requirement, we are using scanner & printer of Canon, I want scan the document through SAP and directly that document attach in the GOS or DMS, what are configuration settings should required,

Can Please explain step by step process from configuration point view.

from similar request I know that there is a product called Enterprise Scan that is provided by a partner of SAP.

If you search the Community with term "Enterprise Scan" you will also find further threads on this topic.

Thank you for reply, I have searched based on term "Enterprise Scan", but everyone has given suggestion for required third party tool like open text.

Hi Kishore,

Yes, It can be achieved only through 3 rd party tool.Like wise enterprise scan is also a 3rd party tool. There is no standard plug and play option in ECC for your requirement.

You may need to go for 3rd party tool, Else you need to have some enhance future in your scanner which need to speak with ECC and vise versa. You may go for Idoc to communicate.
