Hi all,

Our company's SAP server deployed in the head office of China. Now we have an US company need to use SAP system.

But in the US company , SAP system response  is always slow.

If we deploy a Dialogue Instance in the US , is it can solve this performance issue?

Thanks in advance.

Hello Liang,

Normally, App server and DB server on seperate LANs are not recommended. There must be robust network connection between app and DB server. There could be fatal problems worse than slow performance.

Firstly check the bottleneck. Where your users lose time.

What is the distribution of response time for US users? You can see this using ST03N transaction and parts of response time.

Are they waiting for work processes, ,is network time very high or DB time is high?
