Hi,

We can take resource utilization individually from planning board using evaluations.

But is it possible to see the resource utilization for a set of resources means how the operations are loaded and utilization for a group of resources and to see the highest utilized resource from that.

Thanks,

Prasanth

Hi again,

To be more specific, we have operations of orders falling on 4 different resources and the operation duration will be different on these resources based on the products.

At present, we can see the utilization for a single resource individually.

Do we have an option to check the four resources together  and find which is mostly loaded resources and having more utilization (depends on timelines).

Thanks,

Prasanth

Hello,

In resource utilization chart planning board you can have the multiple resource load on time line.

Prasanth,

Please use the Txn "/SAPAPO/CDPS_REPT". This is standard report provided by SAP. Here you can choose it to run for resource utilization and select multiple resources.

Hello,

As I understand here also we see individual resource utilization.

But do we have an option or develop a formula within APO that can calculate the smallest amount of downtime on multiple resources (operation falls in both) and between 2 operations (operation of different products).

Then it would choose the smallest amount of downtime for its capacity calculation.

Thanks,

Prasanth

Hi Prasanth,

You can load multiple resources in DS planning board and check for the operations in the planning board and compare them.

For more information on DS planning board you can go through the following link.

Detailed Scheduling Planning Board - Detailed Scheduling Topics - SAP Library

Hope this helps.

Regards,

Jyoti
