attach different file formats to service entry sheet

Trying to attach different file formats (.pdf, .xlsx, .docx etc..) to the service entry sheet (Store business document), but its throwing the following error: "Only the following entries are allowed: ALL .tif .Select a file with the specified file type " Please suggest if this can be achieved through config to include different file formats.

Hi Vital Reddy,

1) Check if you have mime type for .pdf, .xlsx, .docx etc.. exists.

2) Document type & Class configuration should be missing. Use OAC3/OAC2 TC’s.

Thanks for responding. May I know which object type, Doc type to look at  in OAC3/OAC2. What are the combinations that should exist in there to allow different file formats as attachments in SES. Can this be handled by MM functional team or need to seek advice from Basis if in case of any changes....
