Configure Integration process in ICO

Hello,

I have one senario using BPM.The senario is : PI--> ECC. Then ECC send a message ( flag)  to PI in order to send the other message to ECC configured in BPM.My problem is in the integration Builder.How could I configure the ICO for this purpose ?
