Migration template of Leads_C4C

Dear colleagues,

Could you please assist with the following question:

I try to migrate Lead's data, but always appears the following error on the third step of migration (screenshot 1-Error).

The name of temlate - Sales Leads.

I propose it heppened because of this temlate is not still relevant for this system, but It is very strange because all new added fiels in the system appears directly in this template and nowhere else.

If it is really true and this (Sales Leads) template not relevant now, which one I have to use to migrate the Leads data to C4C?

Hi Alexander,

First go to business configuration and in scoping check Lead management.

Second go to Activity list and add the following activities to your projects(screenshot below)

Thank you for your assistance.

It's really helpfull, now (after switching on the Sales Lead activity) the template uploads without any errors.

But as I see the template named as Sales Leads migrate data to the Sales Leads activity nd it is absolutelly logical.

Could you please explaine how can I found the template to upload the data to the LEADS activity?

I already switched on this activity in the scope and questions:

but I don't see the template Leads in the Migration preparation.

Hi Alexander,

plz check in mass data maintainence WoC. There should be link to upload Leads. Plz check screenshots.

I found another way to deal with it, may be this information will be useful for you too:

To Download a Migration template for Leads (not for Sales Leads):

1. Activity List

2. All tab withh All activities filter

3. Type "Leads" in the search raw

4. Select - Migration of Leads

5. Select - Migrate leads using the migration tool

6. On the upper right corner of web-page cleck to You can also

7. Than, select - Download migration template

That is what I really needed

HI Alexander,

I know this is also a way. But I described the easiest way here without going to business configuration. Anyway you find out the solution that's really important.
