MIR4 in NWBC

Hi

We have some weird issue while using NWBC for desktop. Noticed to happen for only on one transaction -MIR4. After hitting "Display Invoice", the window was refreshing constantly. We have tested it on WIndows 7 with NWBC 3.5 PL11 and NWBC 6. And also in WIndows 10 NWBC 4 PL18, NWBC 5 PL06 , NWBC 5 PL11 and NWBC 6.

All of the versions are having the same problem, but when tried in SAP GUI or WEBGUI everything is working fine.

Any idea on how to solve this issue?

We had some "looping errors" in NWBC 5.0, too (mainly MM02/MM03 or ME23N).

It's fixed with the latest SAP GUI 7.40 Patch.

Hi Florence

I *think* I faced a similar issue but never got to the bottom of it. I did seem a symptom appear in SM21 logs as the users had errors showing up. In out case, it was intermittent for some users so it didn't seem like NWBC was the issue.

Not sure if you've got errors appearing there

Do you remember the error you got in SM21?

I can´t find any logs in SM21 regarding the issue. It is happening for several users.

Hi Florence,

I experienced a similar problem. This was a bug in NWBC. However it all depended on whether NWBC was running in windowed or maximized version. In minimized it froze up, but worked in maximized version.
