GRC 10.0: Requests created through Web-service is not visible in "Search requests"

Hi Gurus,

We have a issue for requests created through Web-service. The requests are not visible on search request window, whereas when i check the GRACREQ table i could see the entries there .

The request created through web-service has auto approval enabled. (Follows NO_STAGE_PATH path, once request is created and users are provisioned)

We are facing this issue only after SP 19. Kindly assist.

Hi Nihal,

we faced the same problem while creating requests with web services but only for Business roles in AC 10.1. Our problem was, that we submitted values like Business Process or Functional area which does not exist in the customizing. You can also check these values in table GRACREQ.

After deleting or eliminating this value in the web service request we are able to find the request.

Maybe this is a solution.

Dear Nihal,

check your authorization if you have proper authorization for GRAC_REQ object. It is necessary to have the request type authorized.

I have proper authorization for GRAC_REQ object. In fact I have SAP_GRAC_ALL role assigned..

Also, we are getting this error only after upgrade to SP19.
