I am working on Fiori and earlier I have issue with translation of Tiles and Groups in selected language for which i have raised the below thread :

I have got the solution for the above issue ,
However, Earlier while doing testing we have maintained text
for "Purchase Order" and " Purchase Requisition " Tiles in "NL"
language under SE63 -> TABL -> WDY_CONF_USERT2 .
As a result of which is now we are not able to see the translation for
above two tiles in any language. Please find the attached screenshot
with the name PO_and_PR_Translation_not_maintained.
Also for NL language ,None of the tiles or Group s are translated though
the Support packages are installed for NL in SMLT .
Please find the attached screenshot with the name NL_tiles_and_groups .
Does it mean that values are stored in some table or any
personalization save in NL language.
Please let me know do I need to delete entries from any table or any
post action required.
