Easy DMS Exception Occurred

Dear Experts,

I have installed the Easy DMS and when I create the document or folder through Easy DMS then I found this Error "Exception Occurred”. Kindly tell me what is the exact this issue and how can I resolve this issue.

Dear Umar,

thanks for the dump screenshot. Based on this information I think that the correction report provided in SAP note 1940837 could help to solve this issue.

At the moment this note is edited and so not accessible. Please check for this note in few days as it should be released again.

in such situations please check if there is also a dump generated in the backend system using transaction ST22.

Thanks for your urgent reply, Yes. dump is generated in back-end system when i check t.code ST22. Kindly help what we do for resloving this issue.
