Alert mail to Mulitple recipient

Hi Experts,

The PI version I have is PI 7.1 ,configured the alerts with the standard procedure .

While testing, the alert mail is sent to only one recipient.

I have tried creating distribution list in SO23..still the mail is recieved by only one person.

Please suggest on how to send the alert mail to multiple people.

Hi Kalpana,

You can also assign a role to alert category then who ever got this role they will receive the alerts.

Hello Kalpana,

it´s a long time ago, I have worked with a PI 7.1 system and I´m not sure.

But in transaction ALRTCATDEF, there is a Button Fixed Recipients. Here you can insert the usernames.

Thanks for your reply .I have already given the usernames in Fixed Recipient.Still the emails are been sent to only one recipient
